I have been a PayPal affiliate for almost as long as I have had a PayPal account some 8+ years.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone with a current PayPal account.

Dingman, interesting. I didn't know I could have an affiliate program right through PayPal. I'm paying for a separate service and all payments are going through PayPal…you've just saved me some cash if this indeed will serve my purposes. Thanks.

You could also easily offer an affiliate link if you wanted to, PayPal has an affiliate program cooked in directly to your account – all you need to do is grab the link. Then maybe grab a plugin like “Redirection” to manage your redirects.
